We are investigating a potential lawsuit against the manufacturers of liquid crystal display ("LCD") televisions and other devices. These manufacturers have allegedly manipulated the price of LCD products, including televisions, computer monitors and other devices, in order to charge inflated prices for their products. Such conduct, if true, is illegal and may have caused people who bought LCD products to have paid too much. The United States government and the governments of Japan, South Korea and Taiwan have already launched investigations into the LCD manufacturers' conduct.
